Being a global company requires full utilization of the latest technology tools for reliable and effective communication. In addition to the traditional communication methods of phone (someone is available in the U.S. by phone from 7:00AM EST to 5:00PM PST) and email, 4D employs internet VoIP communication software for free overseas voice and video communication with our clients and free desktop sharing software for online meetings and model viewing/sharing, web conferencing, and remote support. We assist our clients with their own setup and use of these tools.
4DGG has been a long standing member of the NISD & AISC. 4DGG are QPP certified by the NISD. (Quality Procedures Program) 4DGG operate the Fabtrol Drawing Manager module to allow streamlining of current issuing procedures when transferring project data to existing clients who use Fabtrol MRP.  |
