On Friday 8th of July 2011, 4D Global Group Inc had their Annual Team Building trip, this year was extra special as it was an overnight event which was held at the Caliraya Resort Club in Lumban, Laguna. The 7.6 hectare resort is nestled amongst the trees / mountains along the Caliraya Lake shoreline and it  is filled with lush greenery with facilities that offer a fun filled adventure for all.

After the 3 hours drive from Manila was a short boat trip across to the Caliraya Lake resort. Upon arrival at the resort 4D staff had an orientation which included a review of the 4DGG Vision, Mission, 14 Points of Culture and Quality Policy. Upon completion of the orientation and icebreaker staff had a one hour lunch break and a team strategy session in preparation for the afternoon activities.

In preparation for the Amazing Race and Team Building Games, the group were split up into 8 teams, each team consisted of 16 people and they all had their own colored bandanas. The 4D Amazing Race included activities such as puzzle solving, wall climbing, swimming and mudslide. Even though the sky turn black and the heavens opened half way thru the event all staff had an enjoyable afternoon, in fact the rain made the 100 meter mud slide a little more entertaining and amusing.

Awarding was held prior to dinner and the maroon team were outright winners and were awarded with a Ten Pin Bowling night the following week once everyone was back in Manila.

After dinner, the team building continued into the evening where we had events ranging from Swimming, Basketball, Billiards to Karaoke and Table Tennis before people turned in for the night.

Saturday morning was staff free time after breakfast and the activities continued from the previous evening, with people enjoying Wall Climbing, Zip line, Zorb Ball, Horse Riding amongst a number of activities.

After the morning activities everyone had lunch and made the short boat ride back to meet up with the transport for the journey back to Manila.

The team building event was the most successful 4DGG have held and was enjoyed by all, roll on next year!!
